**Strength and Flow** is a dynamic fitness class designed for individuals looking to elevate their fitness journey. Experience a blend of no/low impact mobility, strength training, and cardio that challenges your body and energizes your mind. Build strength, enhance flexibility, and boost your endurance in a supportive environment. Get ready to move, sweat, and transform!
Participants are asked to bring a pair of 3 and/or 5lb weights (optional but encouraged), a yoga mat and water to class. Please dress in clothing for that you can move freely in.

Classes held at Swift River common room on Wed.
A-Side  

Registration Deadline
  • 10 days prior to the start of the session
  • A 10.00 late fee will be applied to all registrations after the deadline.

Instructor
  • Alison Tripp has many years of experience in the health and fitness realm including group fitness, personal training, physical education teacher, and most recently as a virtual fitness coach and a certified instructor with SOULfitness. Her approach to helping her clients achieve health and wellness goals includes adopting a healthy lifestyle through realistic and sustainable healthy habits for exercise, nutrition, and mindset.
