A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class! Deadline Registration
  • 10 days before the session begins
  • A $10.00 late charge applied after the deadline

Staff
  • Marissa Morrissey-Gladstone was raised in New York and has lived in the Valley for the last 8 years. As a child, Marissa participated in many dance competitions. In college, she performed at local sports events. She discovered Zumba shortly after graduating college. Marissa is a mother and full time teacher. In January 2023, Marissa became a certified level 1 Zumba instructor and has been teaching ever since.
