CYO Basketball
The Recreation Department may enroll teams in the competitive CYO Basketball League for each of the following Divisions: 3rd & 4th grade Girls, 3rd & 4th grade Boys.
Teams will travel to towns such as, Ludlow, Chicopee, Agawam, Springfield, Hadley, Palmer and more. Teams will play approximately 12 regular season games with an end of the season tournament. Practices will begin in early November, a jamboree in mid November,  with games beginning in early December and will run into early March.

Grades 5/6 players who would like to be considered for a competitive team, (Suburban or CYO) will need to register and attend Suburban tryouts.  Players must attend at least one of the two tryouts to be considered for the CYO team.
If a 5-6 grade player is registered for suburban tryouts and is not selected, they may be choosen for a CYO team or can register for Recreation Basketball in The Quabbin Valley Basketball League.
For 5/6 tryout dates, please refer to the Suburban Basketball program.

Grades 3/4 players who would like to be considered for a CYO team will need to register and attend the CYO tryouts 
3rd/4th grade tryouts will be held at Jabish Brook Gym - Players must attend at least one of the two tryouts to be considered for this team.

3rd/4th Grade Girls Tryouts Dates are Tuesday, November 5th from 5:30 - 6:45 p.m. and Wednesday, November 6th from 5:30 - 6:45 p.m.

3rd/4th grade Boys Tryouts are Tuesday, November 5th from 7:00 - 8:15 p.m. and Wednesday, November 6th from 7:00 -8:15 p.m. 

Registration is free to tryout.

If an individual is selected for a CYO team the fee will be $135.00 and must be paid by Nov, 16, 2024.
