In the process of completing these drills, athletes will learn more about fitness and how important it is as you advance to new levels of the sport. A series of drills used by Coach Raines at the Junior Varsity level at BHS will be used to help enhance the skills of participants. NEEDS: Participants should bring water, soccer cleats (flat shoes if forced to be indoors due to weather), and a soccer ball (if they have their own). Basketball: There will be many different skill development drills used in these sessions to work on shooting, dribbling, passing, and defending. An emphasis on form/technique and getting as many high-quality repetitions as possible will be a priority.
