The Silver Rays - Silver Rays - March Session Are you ready to reclaim your health in the pool? Do you want to build a relationship with a sport you can do into your later years? The Silver Rays are Belchertown’s first adult swim team! The team will focus on training and endurance with the possibility of collaborative fun meets as the team grows. This is an 18+ team that meets three times a week to engage in interval based training that will guarantee to get the heart rate up and hopefully become the inspiration in your new found health. As members of the Silver Rays you WILL start your day motivated and challenged to meet your health goals. Whether training for your next big triathlon or swimming your first laps in the pool all adult ages are welcome! There is a progressively skilled lane for everyone and drop ins are welcome. Drop in price is $12.00 per day. Come and join other like-minded people wanting to build a foundation of health around swimming. Local educator, outdoor enthusiast, and life-long swimmer Geoffrey Gould will cater workouts to your skill and strength level. Coach Gould will help you focus on technique as well. Come be the first Belchertown Silver Rays!The Month of May is discounted since the month will be shorter due to scheduled maintenance. Regular monthly fees will be $80.00/resident and $90.00/non-resident.

Mommy/Daddy & Me Swim Lessons - March Mommy/Daddy & Me Swim lessons will be posted on the first of each month, when they are held. Thank you.This fun program is a wonderful way to bond with your baby/toddler and introduces basic water skills to help your child feel more comfortable in water. Exposing your child to the water early allows them to progress quickly as they mature and develop physically. These lessons are enjoyable, stress-free, educational and a good source of exercise for children and parents.Lifeguards are always on the pool deck during swim classes and an instructor will be teaching the classes. Children must wear a swim diaper and parents must accompany the child in the water.Class are held at the same time as group swim lessons.The class is limited to 8 participants and their parents.

The Silver Rays are Belchertown’s first adult swim team! The team will focus on training and endurance with the possibility of collaborative fun meets as the team grows. This is an 18+ team that meets three times a week to engage in interval based training that will guarantee to get the heart rate up and hopefully become the inspiration in your new found health. As members of the Silver Rays you WILL start your day motivated and challenged to meet your health goals. Whether training for your next big triathlon or swimming your first laps in the pool all adult ages are welcome! There is a progressively skilled lane for everyone and drop ins are welcome. Drop in price is $12.00 per day. Come and join other like-minded people wanting to build a foundation of health around swimming. Local educator, outdoor enthusiast, and life-long swimmer Geoffrey Gould will cater workouts to your skill and strength level. Coach Gould will help you focus on technique as well. Thank you.This fun program is a wonderful way to bond with your baby/toddler and introduces basic water skills to help your child feel more comfortable in water. Exposing your child to the water early allows them to progress quickly as they mature and develop physically. These lessons are enjoyable, stress-free, educational and a good source of exercise for children and parents.Lifeguards are always on the pool deck during swim classes and an instructor will be teaching the classes. Children must wear a swim diaper and parents must accompany the child in the water.Class are held at the same time as group swim lessons.The class is limited to 8 participants and their parents.

The Silver Rays - Silver Rays - March Session Are you ready to reclaim your health in the pool? Do you want to build a relationship with a sport you can do into your later years? The Silver Rays are Belchertown’s first adult swim team! The team will focus on training and endurance with the possibility of collaborative fun meets as the team grows. This is an 18+ team that meets three times a week to engage in interval based training that will guarantee to get the heart rate up and hopefully become the inspiration in your new found health. As members of the Silver Rays you WILL start your day motivated and challenged to meet your health goals. Whether training for your next big triathlon or swimming your first laps in the pool all adult ages are welcome! There is a progressively skilled lane for everyone and drop ins are welcome. Drop in price is $12.00 per day. Come and join other like-minded people wanting to build a foundation of health around swimming. Local educator, outdoor enthusiast, and life-long swimmer Geoffrey Gould will cater workouts to your skill and strength level. Coach Gould will help you focus on technique as well. Come be the first Belchertown Silver Rays!The Month of May is discounted since the month will be shorter due to scheduled maintenance. Regular monthly fees will be $80.00/resident and $90.00/non-resident.

Mommy/Daddy & Me Swim Lessons - March Mommy/Daddy & Me Swim lessons will be posted on the first of each month, when they are held. Thank you.This fun program is a wonderful way to bond with your baby/toddler and introduces basic water skills to help your child feel more comfortable in water. Exposing your child to the water early allows them to progress quickly as they mature and develop physically. These lessons are enjoyable, stress-free, educational and a good source of exercise for children and parents.Lifeguards are always on the pool deck during swim classes and an instructor will be teaching the classes. Children must wear a swim diaper and parents must accompany the child in the water.Class are held at the same time as group swim lessons.The class is limited to 8 participants and their parents.

The Silver Rays - Silver Rays - April Session Are you ready to reclaim your health in the pool? Do you want to build a relationship with a sport you can do into your later years? The Silver Rays are Belchertown’s first adult swim team! The team will focus on training and endurance with the possibility of collaborative fun meets as the team grows. This is an 18+ team that meets three times a week to engage in interval based training that will guarantee to get the heart rate up and hopefully become the inspiration in your new found health. As members of the Silver Rays you WILL start your day motivated and challenged to meet your health goals. Whether training for your next big triathlon or swimming your first laps in the pool all adult ages are welcome! There is a progressively skilled lane for everyone and drop ins are welcome. Drop in price is $12.00 per day. Come and join other like-minded people wanting to build a foundation of health around swimming. Local educator, outdoor enthusiast, and life-long swimmer Geoffrey Gould will cater workouts to your skill and strength level. Coach Gould will help you focus on technique as well. Come be the first Belchertown Silver Rays!The Month of May is discounted since the month will be shorter due to scheduled maintenance. Regular monthly fees will be $80.00/resident and $90.00/non-resident.

Whether you're a seasoned, "hungry" Stingray or a new swimmer wanting to experience swim training to see if the sport is right for you, this clinic is open to all. Come join us and get ready to make a splash!*Swimmers will be grouped by ability level and can at least complete a 25yd length of the pool unassisted. It is recommended that new swimmers have taken level 4 or 5 swim lessons. The clinic will cover technique development for all 4 four major strokes: Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Butterfly. Swimmers will also work on racing skills like competition dives and turns. Both sessions 1 and 2 will follow the same lesson set. The only difference between sessions is the scheduled time.*The time frame of the session is subject to changes or adjustments within the advertised time slot: 5:00-7:00. All adjustments will be communicated by the swim clinic coaches after the first day.
