Lake Wallace Fall Fest is back!
The Belchertown Recreation Department is partnering with the Friends of Lake Wallace for the Lake Wallace Fall Fest Fundraiser on Saturday, October 3, from 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM at Lake Wallace (behind the recreation department).
Following the success of last year’s inaugural event, we’re bringing the community together again for a fundraiser showcasing accessible recreation, nature, community, and fun for everyone.
And it’s not just a race! The Fall Fest is a celebration with live music, local vendors, food, family activities, community organizations, and plenty of opportunities to enjoy Lake Wallace, all while helping raise funds to support its continued improvement and accessibility.

Choose your way to enjoy the Lake Wallace trails:
- 5K - 10:00 AM - $35
- 1K - 11:00 AM - $30
- Roll & Stroll - 11:15 AM - $20
- Just a t-shirt & donation - $25
5K and 1K registration includes an event T-shirt, raffle ticket, and a $15 donation to the Lake Wallace Gift Account.
The Roll & Stroll is a $20 donation to the Lake Wallace Gift Account and does not require advance registration.

T-shirt included 5K and 1K registration closes September 17. Registrations after that date (including day of) will be donation-only and will not include a T-shirt or raffle ticket.
Your Support Makes a Difference
Lake Wallace Sensory Trail is a special community resource made possible through grant funding, community support, and the dedication of volunteers.
Last year, our community raised more than $6,500 through race registrations, donations, sponsorships, and raffle tickets. Those funds helped support accessible trail repairs, an informational kiosk, branded wayfinding signage, and additional guide rails and posts near Foley Field.
This year, we're setting a goal of $10,000 to continue improving Lake Wallace and expanding opportunities for accessible recreation.
