Baton twirling is an excellent way of developing hand-eye coordination, rhythm, timing, endurance, self-discipline, and overall total body coordination. Classes involve all aspects of baton twirling from fundamental tricks to advanced competitive combinations. Experienced twirlers have the opportunity to join competitive teams. Baton Twirling is a sport that brings so many positives to our lives such as physical fitness, flexibility, friendship and so much more.  A Baton is needed and can be purchased from the instructor for a fee of $30.00 Pre-School Twirling - This mini program of classes are an introduction to twirling for the little ones.  They will play games and have fun.Tiny Tots - Classes are 30-minutes long for ages 3-5 years old and a great way for your kids to learn basic twirling skills, play games and most importantly have fun.  Intro to Twirling - Classes are 45-minutes long for ages 6 & up.  You will learn to spin, twirl and toss incorporating games in these exciting classes. Introduction to baton twirling will help children to develop eye hand coordination and learn tricks. Afterschool Twirling - For those who are interested in trying a 4 week introduction class to baton twirling.   Competitive Twirlers - This program is for advanced twirlers who will continue to learn tricks and strengthen their skills.  Competitive Team twirlers will be assigned a scheduled time for group lessons.The instructor will contact Competitive Twirlers with specific class times.  At various levels of twirling, there is additional opportunity to perform and compete.Solo TwirlersExperienced baton twirlers who are interested in additional half hour individual lessons will be scheduled for solo classes on Sunday mornings.  The instructor will contact solo twirlers  with a specific time.

Pickle ball is a paddle sport played on a badminton-sized court and can be described as a cross between tennis and ping-pong. It can be played as doubles or singles. The rules are simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn and play, but can develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game for experienced players.  Sneakers are required. Players registering for the first time are asked to register for the intro class.Adult Pickleball Clinic Pickleball clinic for adults at the Intermediate and Advanced Intermediate skill level who want some instruction and mentored play to improve their games. 7/12/2025-7/13/2025Pickleball Playtime Pick upPickleball playtime is an opportunity open to all level players to reserve court time to play pickleball.  There will be three courts available to a maximum of 18 players who will rotate to play for two hours. There will be a staff member present to open the gym and players are responsible for keeping their own score. Forehand and Backhand Instruction Focus and practice on improving forehands and backhands.  Each player will get individualized attention and supervised repetitions in each class.  Players must be Novice skill level or higher.Skills & Drills IntermediateThis class is for intermediate players.  Bob Stephens & Laurie Shannon, PPR certified coaches will put you through specific drills designed to make you a smarter, more skill full double player.  Each session is developed for specific skill level players.  The program includes coaching advice, focused practice time and game situations centered on serve & return, drop shots and transitioning to the non-volley zone line.  Introduction to PickleballThis four-week class is for those new to the game or for those who want more experience before moving onto the Beginner class. During this class participants will be introduced to basic rules, fundamentals of strokes, court positioning, and score keeping.Level 1 - Beginner The beginner class will focus on basics of the game. She is running hour-long lessons to help you feel strong and more confident on and off the court.  Private Lessons - Sessions include drills and skills as well as volleyball specific strength and agility training, depending on individual goals. Baton twirling is an excellent way of developing hand-eye coordination, rhythm, timing, endurance, self-discipline, and overall total body coordination. Classes involve all aspects of baton twirling from fundamental tricks to advanced competitive combinations. Experienced twirlers have the opportunity to join competitive teams. Baton Twirling is a sport that brings so many positives to our lives such as physical fitness, flexibility, friendship and so much more.  A Baton is needed and can be purchased from the instructor for a fee of $30.00 Pre-School Twirling - This mini program of classes are an introduction to twirling for the little ones.  They will play games and have fun.Tiny Tots - Classes are 30-minutes long for ages 3-5 years old and a great way for your kids to learn basic twirling skills, play games and most importantly have fun.  Intro to Twirling - Classes are 45-minutes long for ages 6 & up.  You will learn to spin, twirl and toss incorporating games in these exciting classes. Introduction to baton twirling will help children to develop eye hand coordination and learn tricks. Afterschool Twirling - For those who are interested in trying a 4 week introduction class to baton twirling.   Competitive Twirlers - This program is for advanced twirlers who will continue to learn tricks and strengthen their skills.  Competitive Team twirlers will be assigned a scheduled time for group lessons.The instructor will contact Competitive Twirlers with specific class times.  At various levels of twirling, there is additional opportunity to perform and compete.Solo TwirlersExperienced baton twirlers who are interested in additional half hour individual lessons will be scheduled for solo classes on Sunday mornings.  The instructor will contact solo twirlers  with a specific time.

Baton twirling is an excellent way of developing hand-eye coordination, rhythm, timing, endurance, self-discipline, and overall total body coordination. Classes involve all aspects of baton twirling from fundamental tricks to advanced competitive combinations. Experienced twirlers have the opportunity to join competitive teams. Baton Twirling is a sport that brings so many positives to our lives such as physical fitness, flexibility, friendship and so much more.  A Baton is needed and can be purchased from the instructor for a fee of $30.00 Pre-School Twirling - This mini program of classes are an introduction to twirling for the little ones.  They will play games and have fun.Tiny Tots - Classes are 30-minutes long for ages 3-5 years old and a great way for your kids to learn basic twirling skills, play games and most importantly have fun.  Intro to Twirling - Classes are 45-minutes long for ages 6 & up.  You will learn to spin, twirl and toss incorporating games in these exciting classes. Introduction to baton twirling will help children to develop eye hand coordination and learn tricks. Afterschool Twirling - For those who are interested in trying a 4 week introduction class to baton twirling.   Competitive Twirlers - This program is for advanced twirlers who will continue to learn tricks and strengthen their skills.  Competitive Team twirlers will be assigned a scheduled time for group lessons.The instructor will contact Competitive Twirlers with specific class times.  At various levels of twirling, there is additional opportunity to perform and compete.Solo TwirlersExperienced baton twirlers who are interested in additional half hour individual lessons will be scheduled for solo classes on Sunday mornings.  The instructor will contact solo twirlers  with a specific time.
