Join us for a delightful 45-minute Family Yoga Bliss session, designed to bring harmony, relaxation, and fun to your family time. This class is perfect for all ages and skill levels, creating an inclusive environment where everyone can participate and enjoy the benefits of yoga together.
Class Highlights:
  • Warm-Up: Gentle stretches and breathing exercises to prepare the body and mind.
  • Fun Poses: Engaging yoga poses that are both playful and beneficial, encouraging cooperation and connection.
  • Partner Activities: Interactive poses and activities that promote teamwork and bonding.
  • Mindfulness: Simple meditation and relaxation techniques to cultivate calm and focus.
  • Cool Down: Soothing stretches and a final relaxation to end the session on a peaceful note.
Bring your mats, wear comfortable clothes, and get ready to embark on a journey of wellness and joy with your loved ones. This session aims to enhance physical flexibility, mental clarity, and emotional harmony, leaving every participant refreshed and connected.

Registration includes:
1 Adult & 1 child ($105 resident/$115 non resident)
To register an additional children, please call the Recreation office ($30 ea.)
Children must be age 5-17 and accompanied by an adult.

  • September 12, 2024
  • A $10.00 late fee applies to all registrations after the deadline

Instructor
  • Casey Nadeau is a Breathe for Change 200 Hour Certified Yoga Instructor. She is a full time PE teacher working with students grades K-5. Casey is a Belchertown resident and Mother to two young Children. Yoga and Mindful Movement are a passion of hers and one she hopes to share with the community.
