B-Town in Balance
This fitness program offered every Tuesday and Thursday morning is a Slow, Mellow Movement, Balance Work and Chair Stretching Workshop - No jumping! No floor work! Standing or sitting only!
This workshop will help to increase balance, flexibility, range of motion and just get moving.
Please wear comfortable, loose clothing and light comfortable shoes.
Participants are expected to bring their own (thin) yoga mat, some will be provided, and bring a water bottle.
This fitness class is appropriate for all adults.
- Jan Davies is a Recreation Dept. employee and has been running the Map Program at the Chestnut Street pool for the last year. Jan is in the process of receiving her CPR certification. The positive energy, knowledge and humor she brings with her is both inspirational and instructional.
