SOULfusion is a creative blend of yoga, strength training, and cardio all wrapped up into one energetic class set to music to keep you moving and the class flying by! Every class includes options for all fitness levels and can be a fun element to making progress towards your health and fitness goals.
Participants will need to bring a pair of 3 and/or 5lb weights to class, a yoga mat and water to class. Participants are encouraged to dress in clothing for low impact that they can move freely in.
- 5 days prior to the start of the session
- A 10.00 late fee will be applied to all registrations after the deadline.
- Alison Tripp has many years of experience in the health and fitness realm including group fitness, personal training, physical education teacher, and most recently as a virtual fitness coach and a certified instructor with SOULfitness. Her approach to helping her clients achieve health and wellness goals includes adopting a healthy lifestyle through realistic and sustainable healthy habits for exercise, nutrition, and mindset.
