Chi-gong  involves moving meditation, coordinating slow-flowing movement, deep rhythmic breathing, and a calm meditative state of mind. People practice Chi-gong throughout China and worldwide for recreation, exercise, relaxation, preventive medicine, self-healing, alternative medicine, meditation, self-cultivation, and training for martial arts.
 Participants will use movement and breathing exercises to coordinate and harmonize their mind and body. Chi-gong helps relieve stress and anxiety while building vibrant health!

Instructor
  • Instructor Marcus Opalenik has been teaching Meditation and health arts for over 23 years. He has spent over 6 years in the Republic of China studying these arts and honing his craft.

Registration Deadline
  • 5 days prior to the start of the program
  • A $10.00 late fee applies to all registrations after the deadline
