Belchertown Swim Clinic

This is a clinic meant to help develop and foster important skills used in competitive swimming. The Belchertown High School Swim Team will be giving instruction and demonstrations of these skills, as well as providing knowledge from their own swim career experience. Instruction will involve work on: reaction time, breaststroke pull-outs, flip turns, open turns, front/back finishes, breathing strategies, breakouts. All swimmers welcome.

The clinic will be held at Chestnut Hill Pool on: 
November 17th

Ages 10 and Under: 12:00p.m.-1:15p.m.
Ages 11 and Up: 1:30p.m.-3:00p.m.



Please email Coach Jo at jo.manduley@gmail.com if you would like to sign up. Participants must arrive 10 minutes early so they can be assigned to a group. There will be a $10 admission at the door, cash only.
