Field Hockey Women on the Field
In this three-day clinic participants will be taught the fundamentals of field hockey through both drills and scrimmaging. Core skills will include basic rules, proper grip and posture, ball and stick control, passing and receiving along with basic offense and defense skills which will help the players prepare for the upcoming fall season.  This is made for players brand new to the sport at any age including those planning to try out for the high school program It is also ideal as a refresher and to have some fun for our younger veteran players. Fun and fundamentals will be our focus. 


 

Registration Deadline
  • 10 days prior to the start of the program.
  • A $10.00 late fee applies to all registrations after the deadline
  • Rain dates - cancellations will be made 2 hours prior to the start of the clinic and instructors will notify players of a make-up date.

Staff
  • Clinics - Dina Brunetti has worked with the youth program for several years. Many of the field hockey coaches have played in the past and enjoy sharing their knowledge and love of the sport with others. In addition, high school junior coaches are often in attendance to serve as assistant coaches and inspire the youth players.
