A 1 week volleyball program for kids entering grades 4 - 9. Emphasis will be placed on fundamental skills such as passing, setting, serving, spiking, and proper moving mechanics. Instruction will also include developing “Volleyball IQ”, discussing the basic rules of volleyball, rotation patterns, etc. Skills, drills, and instruction will be individualized to age level/grade. All participants will need athletic sneakers, their own volleyball (optional), and water bottle/Gatorade.
Some participants in the past have brought snacks, but this is not required. If snacks are brought, they must be eaten during water breaks. We will NOT be taking a dedicated snack break.
