The Town of Belchertown wants to thoughtfully consider both the structure and the offerings of its community services departments. The Town is launching an online survey to gather community input.

For the purposes of this survey, community services are the Recreation Department, the Council on Aging / Senior Center, and the Veteran’s Services Department.

The Town wants to hear what you want from Town community services, and what potential changes you may be willing to consider.

The data provided - emergency contacts, medical information, etc. - will help us better serve you. This info will also be automatically placed into your registration forms. Optional mail-in forms may be created at the end if your online registration process to avoid convenience fees from our online processor.
